Ecological materials
In Di&P we take care of the world by using different types of ecological materials: Ecological wood, Ecological paints and varnishes, Biodegradable carpet, Structural elements, Recycled rubber, Natural fibers, Electrical wiring and lighting, Furniture and Printing materials
ECOLOGICAL WOOD is the one whose extraction doesn’t harm the environment. We only use wood from forests that work with FSC standard that certify responsible, social, economic and environmentally beneficial are applied.
We use paintings and varnishes that are harmless to the environment and to people, with at least 95% of natural components. They are made with mineral or vegetable raw materials (such as vegetable oils and resins, beeswax, bark and tree leaves), which are harmless for the planet since they don’t contain volatile substances. They don’t contain harmful residues:
• No solvents or do not contain heavy metals or dangerous components.
• Chemically neutral.
• Virtually odorless.
• Especially profitable and fast drying.
These paintings respect the requirements set by eco-labels. They are healthy and natural, without synthetic glues that allow the transpiration of the walls, its easy washing and avoid condensation and fungi.
Ecological paints and varnishes
Mimcord biodegradable carpet is made from recycled and recyclable fabrics based on coniferous cellulose threads and arises from the desire to eliminate the traditional carpet that is made with oil and can’t be recycled.
Some of the antistatic characteristics are to improve the antiallergic behavior, of the UV filter, isothermal and sound insulators. They count with the M3 standard of fire resistance for floors of public premises and with a light surface treatment can meet the M2 standard of fire resistance for wall coverings of public premises.
It has a wide range of colors.
Biodegradable carpets
In Spain, 250,000 tons of used tires are generated every year and almost half of them are deposited in untreated controlled landfills. Although it isn’t a hazardous waste, one of its qualities is its that they are no degradables in nature (it can take more than 100 years to decompose) and the other is a high heat capacity, which makes extinction difficult in case of fire.
By crushing the used tires are separated, on the one hand vulcanized rubber, steel and fibers. The RECYCLED RUBBER has many uses, such as sports floors or artificial turf, safety pavements or tiles for playgrounds and acoustic insulation.
The RECYCLED RUBBER CORTE is a decorative element in gardening; this colored bark offers us great creative possibilities, in addition to the elimination of a residue out of use. Rubber is a totally stable product in the environment and does not pollute. The production, cleaning and coloring process is totally mechanical and does not produce chemical residues

Natural fibers are renewable resources. Natural fibers have neutral emissions of carbon dioxide.
They are a healthy option because many provide natural ventilation, others like wool act as insulators against the cold and also against heat or have a natural resistance against fungi and mites such as coconut fibers or antibacterial properties such as hemp fibers or linen. DI & P is committed to the use of natural fabrics in the fabrics it uses for upholstery whose main base is cotton. The floors of Sisal or Coco give warmth to the spaces and are a good design alternative.
Natural fibers
We follow the European electrotechnical regulation for low voltage. The regulatory sections of the wiring say that Afumex cables that don’t carry PVC and are ideal for electrical installations in all types of premises (office buildings, schools, hospitals, industrial buildings ...) . Among its features it is worth mentioning that it is a halogen-free cable, has a low emission of toxic gases and low emission of opaque fumes, no emission of corrosive gases, and prevents the spread of flame and fire.
We pursue the energy efficiency of what we have built so that energy consumption is the minimum, which will obviously favor sustainability. For this, great interest can be found in using energy-saving or LED lamps that guarantee more hours of use.
Lighting and wiring
The use of indoor and outdoor furniture made with 100% recyclable and / or recycled materials. In the case of plastic furniture, the material comes from the recycling of bricks, paper, packaging, fabrics, etc ...
In the case of wood furniture, they have FSC certification that guarantees that this wood comes from sustainable forestry.
Furniture and Elements of CARTON
Elements made of cardboard from sawdust and shavings from
cultivated forests, optimize resources, do not waste the raw material and
They are totally recyclable.
Kraft cardboard allows all types of graphic applications and finishes: natural, painted, varnished, silk-screen printed, with metallic and plastic applications, etc.
Furniture
A decade ago, hardly anyone had heard of green printing, but today the growing interest in sustainability forces companies to focus on sustainable initiatives, such as our eco-friendly way of printing. Increasingly aware of the effects of printing on the environment, our main interest is to minimize waste and toxins in the printing of work.
Green printing consists of the elimination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), the reduction of solid waste, the use of recycled paper, the reduction of waste, the production of the necessary material, the suppression of water and alcohol in the printing process, vegetable inks and resource optimization ... 100% ecological printing without water, without alcohol and without chemicals.
Backed up with trademarks such as HP, HP Scitex inks meet the Nordic swan chemical requirements or Nordic eco-label, which certifies the products of this printing service provider as low-polluting.
The print media is also an important element to consider. There are trademarks such as Polynorma that market more environmentally friendly supports. After a fair, some of our clients have opted to reuse the printed canvases of great format to make promotional bags and the result is truly amazing.
Another thing to keep in mind is the recycling of the cartridges once they are discarded; These are collected by companies dedicated to this purpose such as Cespa and taken to recycling centers.
